Christine and Ed, together with the rest of the Robinson team, are absolutely first rate. They managed the complete renovation of our 3-bedroom Richmond, Surrey flat, including entirely new kitchen and bathroom, with great quality advice on a tight schedule, all while doing this remotely as we are not based in England. Their internal division of labour, with Christine leading design, and Ed managing project implementation, worked very well. As well, Robinson Studio provided wonderful recommendations for the sourcing of virtually all of the furnishings, as the flat was completely empty at the outset. In addition, they arranged all the necessary trades (joiners; decorator; electrician; plumber; tiler; flooring; etc.), all of whom were excellent. We could not be happier with the Robinson team and we are delighted with the project’s results!

I approached Robinson two years ago when I was struggling with re-designing and furnishing our living room that had a unique set of problems. From the outset Christine and Ed were extremely helpful and we ended up coming up with a set of solutions that we are truly happy with, two beautiful sofas and a layout that works really well with the family use and difficulties with the slim room that is in the middle of the house and therefore a through-fare. I recently asked them to make some extra cushions for some footstools to add to the room and this was done with my budget carefully considered and with the same enthusiasm as the larger project. The advantage of using a small local company is abundantly clear here, they have good contacts, years of experience in the industry and understand the importance of nurturing their customers and making you feel like ‘one of the family’. I often pop in and chat with them as I am regularly passing by to go the nearest post office and I always feel welcome.

Robinson Home Studio is a hidden gem situated next to Strawberry Hill Station. Christine, Ed and their team could not have been more helpful when I decided to renovate our living room. They offer a number of service packages to suit your needs, but I chose the ‘expert eye’ for my small project. This package gave me reassurance of what I was choosing and included ideas and suggestions. Robinson Home Studio are able to offer competitive quotes for each element of the project eg wallpaper, carpets, decorating, lighting etc. They are not pushy and always conscious of remaining within budget. I would highly recommend Robinson Studio to support you in creating your dream room/s.
